No Refunds for Digital Products

All digital products purchased through SoftKey Lab (e.g., software license keys, e-pins, subscriptions) are electronically delivered and non-tangible goods. As per applicable international laws and regulations, digital products are non-refundable.

Once a purchase is completed, the product is uniquely issued and delivered to the buyer. Due to their nature, these products cannot be resold or returned.
